NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of creditors will be held at BAWA, 589 Southmead Road, Filton, Bristol, BS34 7RG on 23 April 2015 at 10.00am for the purpose of having a statement of the company’s affairs laid before them, and for the purpose, if thought fit, of nominating a liquidator and of appointing a liquidation committee.
Resolutions to be taken at the meeting may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the liquidator is to be remunerated, and the meeting may receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting. Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must lodge a proxy, together with a statement of their debt, at the offices of Burton Sweet Corporate Recovery, Pembroke House, 15 Pembroke Road, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 3BA not later than 12 noon on 22 April 2015. A proxy form is enclosed.
A list of the names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, at the offices of Burton Sweet Corporate Recovery, Pembroke House, 15 Pembroke Road, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 3BA on 21 April 2015 and 22 April 2015 between the hours of 10.00am and 1.00pm, and 2.00pm and 4.00pm.
